    • Why do you need my credit card?

      Coaches make themselves available to help you. They are not employees of Quick ADV. Registering a payment method ensures them that you can pay for the time you use. We only charge you for time actually used and agreed upon with the coach.

    • Will I have a chance to talk to the coach before being charged?

      Yes, every session has 2 portions: the first introductory portion is free and the second portion is billable. Both you and the coach will need to agree to start the billable portion of the session.

    • What is the minimum billable time?

      The minimum is 5 minutes. If a coach has $1/min rate, the minumum charge will be $5, a hold will be placed on your card in order to start the billable portion of the session. If you only use 3 minutes, you will be charged $5. If you use 7 minutes, you will be charged $10.

    • Is there a monthly fee to use Quick ADV?

      No, Quick ADV does not charge subscription fees or any other hidden fees to people seeking advice or coaches. There is a platform fee paid by the coach in a commission structure.

    • Do coaches offer free sessions?

      Yes, some coaches offer free sessions. Some coaches may decide at their discretion not to charge at all for some types of advice. Quick ADV does not charge any fees on free sessions. Remember the introductory portion of the session is always free.

    • Can't find the coach you're looking for?

      Some types of coaches may be restricted by law or regulation. As we introduce new types of coaches we will rollout proper controls to ensure they are qualified to provide advice. If you are looking for a particular type of coach, please contact our support team.

    • Can anyone become a coach?

      Yes! Our goal is for everyone to be able to share their knowledge and experience with others. If your area of expertise is already supported you can create coach profile in minutes and start helping others today. If Quick ADV does not support your area of expertise yet, please contact our support team to assess your particular situation.

    • I know someone that would be a great coach. Is there a referral program?

      Yes! We have a referral program for coaches. If you refer a coach to Quick ADV and they become a coach, you will receive a $50 credit to your account. Please contact our support team for more information.

    • Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my coach's advice?

      Refunds are possible via our dispute resolution process. We are committed to providing a great experience for both coaches and clients. If you are not satisfied with your coach’s advice, please contact our support team and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Keep in mind that Quick ADV cannot guarantee the accuracy of the advice provided by coaches. Use your best judgement when following any advice.

    • I have a medical emergency. Can I use Quick ADV to get medical advice?

      Quick ADV is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services.

    • Will I talk to a real person or a bot?

      We believe human connection is more important than ever. All of our coaches are real people. We do not use bots or other automated systems to provide advice. We do however use technology including advanced machine learning to help coaches optimize their time and provide a better experience for everyone.

    • Is there a minimum age to use Quick ADV?

      You need to be an adult to use Quick ADV. If you are under 18, you will need to have a parent or guardian register on your behalf
